When and where will future NCRA Conference & Expo events be held?

How can I access session handouts?

Registered attendees can access available session handouts through the mobile app or desktop version of the app through Oct. 1. View session handout instructions.

Registration

What if I need to cancel or transfer my registration?
  • NCRA does not issue refunds for no-shows.
  • If you can’t attend, you may transfer your registration to another person within your organization. To request a transfer, email meetings@ncra.org before the conference.
  • To add or remove a session, email meetings@ncra.org. After one change, a $30 administrative fee applies.
  • Registration changes after June 17, 2026, incur an additional fee.
  • Cancellation requests received after June 17, 2026, are nonrefundable.

Cancellation policy

  • Send all cancellation requests to meetings@ncra.org.
  • Cancellations requested between April 2 and May 13, 2026, will incur a $25 processing fee.
  • Cancellations requested between May 14 and June 17, 2026, will incur a fee of 50 percent of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations requested after June 17, 2026, are nonrefundable.

CEUS

How many CEUs can I get for attending the NCRA Conference & Expo?

Attendees can earn up to 1.425 CEUs including the keynote session. Preconference sessions offer an additional 0.3–0.4 CEU each and require separate registration for an additional fee.

When will credits from the NCRA Conference & Expo appear on my transcript?

CEUs will appear on your transcript approximately two to three weeks after the Conference.

If I attend the Realtime Boot Camp, will I earn CEUs?  
Yes. You will receive 0.3 CEU for attending the Realtime Boot Camp. 

Workshops and auxiliary events

Who is eligible to participate in the Realtime and Speed contests, and are CEUs awarded?

NCRA members in good standing who hold at least the RMR are eligible to participate in the National Speed Contest. Members in good standing who hold either the RMR, RDR, or CRR are eligible to participate in the Realtime Contest. Retired NCRA members may also participate in the National Speed Contest.

Participants earn 0.25 PDC for each leg in which they qualify.

The registration deadline for the contests is July 1, 2026, or when registration reaches 50 participants, whichever occurs first.
