Welcome to the NCRA Conference App

The NCRA Conference & Expo event app is available to registered Conference attendees only. Review the information below for steps to download and access the app.

Powered by Engagefully, the app is your resource for navigating the event, tracking session attendance for CEUs, building your personal schedule, receiving real-time updates, connecting with attendees, and browsing sponsors and exhibitors.

Conference App access

Before you begin: For a seamless installation, uninstall any previous version of the Engagefully app.

Important: App access requires the email address associated with your NCRA account used for conference registration. CEUs are credited to your NCRA transcript using this email. Do NOT change your primary email address in the app.

Download and access the event app

Check your email for a message from NCRA with your personal app invitation. Open the email on your mobile device. Tap "Get Started Now." On the welcome screen, copy and save the access code displayed on your device, then select your app store to download and install the Engagefully app.

Find the event

Open the Engagefully app and type "NCRA" in the search field.
Select National Court Reporters Association.
Follow the prompts to complete setup.

App login

Log in option 1: Access code

Use the access code you saved from the invitation email setup screen.
If you need a new access code or downloaded the app manually, email webworks@ncra.org to request one, or visit the NCRA registration desk onsite at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue.
Access codes expire in 24 hours.

Log in option 2: Email Me Link

Use this option only if you can access that email on your device.
Select "Email Me Link" in the app.
Engagefully will send a login link to that email address.
Login links expire after 15 minutes.

CEU Tracking using the Conference App

CRITICAL

To receive verified CEUs for your NCRA transcript, you must attend each session for a minimum of 50 minutes and check in by scanning the session QR code at the end of each session using the NCRA Conference app.
CEUs are credited to your NCRA transcript using the email address associated with the NCRA account used to register for the conference.
Do NOT change your primary email in the event app.
Changing it will result in the loss of all CEUs for sessions attended.

How to Check In for Sessions

Follow these instructions to scan the session QR code and check in for each session using the NCRA Conference app.
