Printing your certification certificate
In celebration of your achievement, you can print your own certificate to highlight this major accomplishment. Just follow these quick instructions to print your certificate.
Before printing your certificate, ensure the name on your account is exactly how you want it to appear on your certificate. To update your name: Log into your NCRA account; select the "My NCRA" menu option; select 'Update My Profile" to edit your name; select "Save Profile Information" near the bottom.
To print your certificate:
- Go to https://portal.ncra.org/ and log in.
- Click “My Certificates” (or visit https://portal.ncra.org/My-Education/My-Certificates).
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to see your most recent certification.
- Click the printer icon at the bottom left to print to PDF or to a printer.
- If you do not see the certification you need to print, click the "Nex"t button to see your next certification.
Troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure the layout is landscape
- Turn off headers and footers
