Court Reporter IV - Colorado Judicial Department (Job code JD05126)

Summary of Job Classification: Provides professional Realtime reporting and transcribing for court proceedings, hearings and conferences. Employees in this classification have obtained their Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) certification through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) and have a completion of at least 96% accuracy on one of the following examinations: Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), Certified Broadcast Captioner (CBC), Certified CART Provider (CCP) through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA); or the Federal Certified Realtime Reporter (FCRR). Full Time Salary Range: $69,038.00 - $100,105.00.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience Equivalency: Associate's degree or 2 years of college. ORAdditional work experience in these or other related fields may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required formal education. Work Related Experience: 1 to 3 years of court reporting experience. Licenses and Certifications: RPR certification through the NCRA plus meet national standard for Realtime (96% accuracy on one of the applicable exams).
