How to redeem your complimentary test: Follow the steps below to successfully redeem your complimentary skills test registration:
Check Your Email
- Instructions for redeeming your complimentary skill test will be sent via email. Save this email. It is required for redemption.
Note the Validity Period
- Your complimentary skills test offer is valid for 180 days from the date of the confirmation email.
Redeem During an Eligible Registration Window
- Redemptions are only accepted during specific registration periods: February, April, June, August, October, and December. You must submit your request between the 1st and 20th of these months.
Email the Certification and Testing Department
- Forward your confirmation email to: testing@ncra.org and specify your test choice (ex. RPR-L, RPR-J, CRC). Your complimentary skills test will only be processed by forwarding the confirmation email.
- The Certification and Testing Department will process your request and finalize your complimentary skills test registration.
Program timeframe: Starts June 1, 2026, and runs continuously. Registrations start over once the complimentary skills test is redeemed.
Limitations: Any test bought at a reduced price or provided complimentary do not count toward the required qualifying purchase count (5).
