As a long-tenured NCRA employee, Laura most enjoys helping new staff and board members adapt to NCRA’s culture and procedures. She’s learned that while history and institutional knowledge are important, one must be open to change and growth, particularly in this time of rapidly changing technology. Laura is most proud of her organizational and time management skills, and she loves spending time with her three beautiful grandchildren.
