The United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Official Court Reporter. This is a full-time permanent position located in Benton. An Official Court Reporter is responsible for the verbatim reporting of proceedings and for the transcription of those proceedings upon request. Official Court Reporters are members of the Clerk’s Office and report directly to the Operations Manager.
