NCRA Conference & Expo - Registration

Below you will find information related to registration fees, special rate categories, and cancellations. Online registrations are processed securely via the NCRA customer portal and will be confirmed by email. For questions regarding registration for this event, please email meetings@ncra.org.

Steps to register

  1. REVIEW PACKAGES. Review the available registration packages below. 
  2. REVIEW MEETING AND EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT. Review the Meeting and Event Code of Conduct before registering for the event. You will be asked to sign and agree to the terms before your registration is complete.
  3. REGISTER ONLINE or complete and download registration form.

Cancellation policy

  • Please send all cancellation requests to meetings@ncra.org.
  • Cancellations requested between April 9 and May 18, 2025, will incur a $25 processing fee.
  • Cancellations requested between May 19 through June 25, 2025, will incur a fee of 50 percent of the registration fee.
  • NCRA will not be able to issue any refunds after June 26, 2025.

Special accommodations

Please contact NCRA at meetings@ncra.org no later than June 1, 2025, if you require any special accommodations or dietary restrictions. Information provided will remain confidential. Any requests received after June 1 may not be fulfilled.

Photography and videography disclosure

NCRA takes photographs and videos during its meetings and events for use in all forms of Association media, including the NCRA website and social media sites. NCRA may also share these with the media or state associations for their usage. By participating in this Conference, you agree to such uses.
