The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education, and advocacy.
The Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC) is the only federally supported resource center devoted to advancing the implementation of the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention. SPRC is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

Drug Rehab Services is committed to helping individuals and their families across the United States find a drug rehab center to help them overcome addiction and prevent substance use.
Live Another Day provides a curated list of treatment providers and resources for people of color.
REHAB SPOT provides information and resources for help on various forms of addiction. Contact one of their treatment partners to find a rehab program that works for you.
Start Your Recovery provides information on substance misuse, treatment and recovery options, and a directory of rehab centers, counseling, and support groups.
MentalHealth.gov provides one-stop access to U.S. government mental health and mental health problems information.
