Lance Boardman is a graduate of Champlain College in Vermont and has been court reporting in various capacities for over 41 years. He is currently a Federal Official Court Reporter for the Northern District of Ohio.
At the national level, Boardman has served on NCRA’s Board of Directors as well as numerous NCRA committees, including Finance, Policies & Procedures, and Constitution & Bylaws. In addition to serving as a Trustee, he is the Ohio Court Reporters Association 2025-2026 President. Lance is also an NCRA Speed Contest qualifier, Realtime Contest medalist, and OCRA Realtime Contest champion.
