Congratulations on enrolling in the NCRA A to Z® online program! We are excited to have you with us. All participants in the program are required to obtain a steno machine or download the iStenoPad app at least five days prior to the first day of the course.If you do not already have your own machine, NCRA has several options to assist you.

 

NOTE: Limited number of machines available at this discounted rate!

Please place your order as soon as possible. In addition, we ask that you return the machine promptly at the end of your session so future students may access this offer.

 

 

Machine rental

As world leaders in court reporting and captioning technology, Stenograph and ProCAT are honored to help you get started on this exciting journey. They want you to be successful from the start, which means having access to a modern steno machine you can trust. To help you with that, they are offering an extremely affordable rental option.

You may choose to rent from either Stenograph or ProCAT; both companies will ask you to sign a rental agreement and pay in advance by credit card.

Stenograph rental agreement instructions
  1. Print, read and fill out the Stenograph Used Writer Rental Agreement and Terms and Condition form
  2. Include credit card payment information ($50 rental fee includes shipping within continental US)
  3. Sign, print, and return rental agreement to Lisa Balderstone at:
  4. Stenograph will acknowledge receipt of your Rental Agreement and process your order in time for delivery of the steno machine prior to the start of class.
  5. Expedited shipping may be arranged for an additional fee.
  6. Return your machine following the end of the program (using the return shipping included and instructions included in the box).

  1. Print, read and fill out the ProCAT Machine Rental Agreement Terms and Condition form
  2. Include credit card payment information ($50 rental fee includes outbound shipping)
  3. Sign both forms, print, and return to Noelle at:
  4. Upon receipt of the rental agreement, your order will be processed and you will be notified of shipping date.
  5. Machines are usually shipped to arrive a week prior to the class.
  6. Return your machine following the end of the program (return shipping approximately $30).
