Cregg Seymour is president and owner of CRC Holding, Inc., an investment company based in Baltimore, Md., that seeks small to middle market strategic acquisitions in the legal services industry. Among its current holdings is CRC Salomon, a 120-year-old court reporting firm based in Baltimore. Before becoming president of CRC Salomon, Seymour worked in education for companies such as Sylvan, Educate, and Catapult Learning. In addition, he was one of the founders of Learn It Systems, which is a successful K-12 education company focusing on educating and tutoring our nation’s disadvantaged youth. While Seymour was CFO and COO, Learn It Systems quickly grew to$40 million in revenue, staffed by more than 5000 employees, and became one of the largest providers of supplemental education services in the country. Seymour left his role at Learn It Systems to become president of CRC Salomon in 2013 and is a member of NCRA. He was part of the incoming president’s transition team in 2016. In addition, Seymour currently is a Trustee of the NCRF is in his fifth year as an Angel. Seymour served as a member of the NCRA New Business Task force and as Chair of the Firm Owner Education Committee. He is also an active member of NCRA, STAR, AAERT, and other court reporting associations.
