Court Reporter for the Fourth Judicial District, primarily assigned to work for a District Court Judge. May be required to work for any Judicial Officer in the Fourth Judicial District per operational needs and may require travel. Anticipated start date of September 3, 2021. Fourth Judicial District counties: Audubon, Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, and Shelby Responsibilities Takes court testimony and proceedings by shorthand reporting methods. Reads back court testimony and proceedings upon request. Makes verbatim typed record of testimony and proceedings as required. Prepares transcripts, performs general office work and provides substantial clerical support for the court. Marks and records exhibits during court proceedings. Electronic document filing is required in all District 4 counties, so a high level of computer proficiency is essential.
