Court Reporter - Full and Part-Time (multiple positions) - Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento

Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento is hiring Court Reporters! - $57.96 Hourly. Each Court Reporter who is hired with the Court no later than June 30, 2023, shall receive a signing bonus. Full-time Court Reporters shall receive $10,000 over 12 months, as follows: $5,000 after completion of six months (13 pay periods); $5,000 after completion of 12 months (26 pay periods). Part-time Court Reporters shall receive $5,000 over 12 months as follows: $2,500 after completion of six months (13 pay periods); $2,500 after completion of 12 months (26 pay periods).

Must be certified by the State of California as a Certified Shorthand Reporter. Court Reporters may be eligible for Real Time Differential pay as detailed in the Memorandum of Understanding between the Court and United Public Employees (UPE). Non-certified Real Time Court Reporters and Court Reporter Pro Tem who provide Real Time services to the Court will receive a 5% pay differential for each pay period in which Real Time services are provided. Court Reporters who hold a current National Court Reporters Association’s Certified Real Time Reporter (CRR) certification in good standing shall receive a 10% pay differential for providing Real Time services.
