When CART Requires Special Characters, Member Review

Math, Science, and Foreign Languages- When CART Requires Special Characters and Symbols

Sunday, August 12, 8 – 9:30 a.m. by Colleen Platt and Heidi Thomas

This seminar was so interesting and informative. This class covered a lot of technical material for the CART reporter, such as the need to write foreign words and phrases, operational symbols, superscripts, and subscripts and briefs for commonly used formulas and equations, such as Stoichiometry. The speakers gave us useful information on how to create a job dictionary on a topic for tomorrow’s job, utilizing a special font for special entries, bullet points, special character tables, etc.
