This seminar was based on the results of member survey focused on technology. James Cudahy, NCRA Executive Director and CEO, gave us data on how many people used what technology in their jobs (with surprising results of “Don’t Know” in several cases!) Panel discussed cam scanner, which takes a picture of a document and then turns it into a pdf, Microsoft Security Essentials, and the Carbonite Backup system for protecting files and the Joy.meet website that mirrors your computer screen for use if an attorney has to leave early and wants to see what happened without actually getting a completed transcript.
