NCRA member on the ballot for the 30th district in Washington state
Roger Flygare, a well-known agency owner, practicing stenographic court reporter, and NCRA member since 1995 won a primary election to represent Washington State’s 30th Legislative District for a two-year term starting in January 2013.
Mr. Flygare has worked as a court reporter for over 30 years and has served as the President of the Washington Freelance Reporters Association and the Washington Court Reporters Association. Prior to his career as a court reporter, Mr. Flygare served his country in Vietnam and was awarded a Purple Heart along with several other medals for his military service.
Mr. Flygare secured his nomination in the state’s “top two” primary in August and will face off against his opponent this November for the right to represent Washington’s 30th Legislative District.
