The Virginia State Bar has announced that TechCon, the largest gathering of legal technology professionals in the country, is now approved for Virginia mandatory continuing legal education (MCLE) credit.
Virginia attorneys can earn up to 18.0 credit hours by attending TechCon. TechCon’s Legal Tech Labs and Trial Presentation Workshop will be of particular interest to lawyers, paralegals and litigation support professionals. Legal Tech Labs focus on deposition and courtroom technology, while the Trial Presentation Workshop focuses on the software, procedures, equipment and techniques necessary for making polished, professional presentations in the courtroom.
TechCon is scheduled for February 24-26, 2012 in Reston, Va., and replaces the Midyear Conference on NCRA’s events calendar. Spots are filling fast, so be sure to register by the January 27th deadline to ensure your chance to earn CLEs! For more information on TechCon, click here.
