State Courts hit 'boiling point' as budget cuts continue

State officials nationwide are fighting to reduce budget cuts that have hindered judicial systems in various states.
After consecutive years of monetary 'dieting' implemented by several state administrations, court officials have drawn a line, at which they fear justice will be improperly served. As layoffs and threats of court closings ensue, state officials are making a stand. However, those within the profession fear the salvation of some state courts will be contingent on a decision to reinstate appropriate budgets.
