VITAC continued their Halloween tradition this past October of providing closed captioning for a public domain horror flick. In the 1962 cult classic “Carnival of Souls,” the heroine, Mary Henry, mysteriously survives a car crash only to find herself in contact with some unsettling spirits from the great beyond.
