November 8, 2011

mtvU, MTV’s college network, has released a new reality series called Quiet Campus, which chronicles the experience of deaf students at Washington, D.C.’s Gallaudet University, a well-known higher education institution for the deaf and hard-of-hearing. mtvU Senior VP and Head of Development Paul Ricci said in an interview, “Quiet Campus shines a spotlight on the hopes and dreams of these truly amazing young people as they experience the ups and downs of college life, and we believe that it will forever change the way our audience understands what it means to be deaf.”
