Grace Period for Enforcement of NCRA Code of Professional Ethics Gift Giving Rules Ends October 31st

This spring, the NCRA Board of Directors approved new gift giving rules set forth in Provision 8 of the Code of Professional Ethics. The Board also approved a grace period for members to have time to learn about these new rules and make the appropriate changes to their marketing strategies. The grace period ends on October 31, 2011. Starting November 1, 2011, the Committee on Professional Ethics may start considering complaints regarding possible violations of this Provision.
