NCRA offered strong comments on FCC proposed rulemaking regarding closed captioning on broadcast television programming placed on the Internet. The proposed rulemaking, known as FCC MB Docket No. 11-154, was narrowly focused to deal with the issue of Internet captioning on items previously placed on broadcast television.
