Two Proposed Bylaws Amendments Pass; CLVS Amendment Fails
A proposed amendment to Article III, Section 3, to remove the requirement for an endorsement prior to joining as a Participating member was adopted by a vote of 1,011 for and 287 against (866 votes needed to approve).
A proposed amendment to Article III, Section 4, to allow those holding Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) holders to join as Registered Members, was not adopted by a vote of 668 for and 622 against (860 votes needed to approve).
A proposed amendment to Article III, Section 5, to allow students in a stenographic scoping program to join as student members was adopted by a vote of 945 for and 301 against (830 votes needed to approve).
