How to Reserve Your Room
To make reservations, please contact the Ritz-Carlton at 877-266-6065 or 949-240-2000, and be sure to mention the "NCRA Firm Owners Executive Conference" to receive the special rate. You may also book your room online.
Reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room and tax deposit or be guaranteed with a major credit card. The deposit guarantees the sleeping room will be held for guests until 11:59 p.m. (PST) on the scheduled arrival date. Guests may contact the hotel if a later check-in time is required.
Hotel Reservation Deadline: January 14
The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna will honor NCRA's special discounted room rates until Monday, January 14, 2013, or until the block is sold out. Reservations received after Jan. 14, or after the room block has been filled, will be made on a space-available basis, and may be subject to significantly higher rates. We encourage you to make your hotel reservations early for the best price and availability.
Cancellation and "No Show" Policy
Cancellation requests must be made at least seventy-two hours prior to the guest's arrival date. No-shows will be charged one night's hotel stay and all remaining nights of the reservation will be cancelled.
