The Realtime Systems Administrator Workshop is designed to empower court reporters and legal IT professionals with the technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills needed to become key players in providing realtime to clients. The day-and-a-half seminar focuses on all aspects of realtime hookups and litigation support that rely on realtime connections, including the cutting-edge wireless realtime. Attendees will learn how to quickly troubleshoot realtime issues based on real-world scenarios.
Please note that due to the nature of this training, attendance is very limited. Registration is first-come, first-served.
Upon completion of the seminar, attendees will be eligible to take a certificate assessment exam on Saturday, April 20.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for the workshop; however, it is recommended that registrants have a basic knowledge of realtime, have a strong knowledge of their hardware and CAT/realtime software, and know how to set up and operate their equipment (bringing equipment for the workshop is optional).
