Statutory Pay Rates for Officials- Appeal Transcripts

The transcript rate is $3.50 per page and the transcript copy rate is $0.50 per page

The fee for transcription for original ribbon copy or printed copy is $0.85 for each 100 words, and for each copy purchased at the same time by the court, party, or other person purchasing the original, $0.15 for each 100 words.

The fee for a first copy to any court, party or other person who does not simultaneously purchase the original shall be $0.20 for each 100 words, and for each additional copy, purchased at the same time, $0.15 for each 100 words.

The ordinary transcript rate is $2.35 per page. The transcript copy rate is $0.50 for private parties and no charge for state requests

Criminal: $3.25 a page for O + 1, copies at $1.25 per page.

Civil $3.25 a page for O + 1, copies at $1.25 per page.

Regular appeal rate = $5.25

State indigent rate = $4.25

County indigent rate= $3.75

(a) Ordinary transcript (a transcript of all or part of the proceedings) - $3.50 per page for
the original and one copy to the party ordering the original and 50 cents per page for each
additional copy.

(b) Expedited transcript (a transcript of all or part of the proceedings to be delivered within seven calendar days after receipt of an order) - $4.50 per page for the original and one copy to the party ordering the original and 75 cents per page for each additional copy.

(c) Daily transcript (a transcript of all or part of the proceedings to be delivered following adjournment for the day and prior to the normal opening hour of the court on the following morning whether or not it actually is a court day) - $5.50 per page for the original and one copy to the party ordering the original and $1.00 per page for each additional copy.

 

(d) Unedited transcript (an unedited draft transcript produced as a byproduct of realtime or computer aided transcription software to be delivered on electronic media or paper) - $2.25 per page for the original and 25 cents per page for each copy.

(e) Realtime transcript (an unedited draft transcript produced by a certified realtime reporter as a byproduct of realtime to be delivered electronically during proceedings for viewing and retention) - $2.75 per page for the original and $1.00 per page for each copy.

Civil: $2.00 per page original, .35 per page for a copy. For an appeal an original and 3 copies is $3.05.

Criminal: $2.00 per page original, .20 per page for a copy. For an appeal an original and 3 copies is $2.60.

Civil: $3.50 for O + 3

Criminal paid by state or county: $3.25, O + 4

Criminal private pay: $3.75, O + 4

$3.25 per page for an original copy of a bill of exceptions and 50 cents per page for each additional copy, with numbering to begin with the cover page

The transcript rate for standard 45 day service:

$3.00 per page for appeal

$2.75 per page for non-appeal.

The transcript rate: $1.90 per page for the original, $0.35 per page for the first copy, and $0.15 per page for each additional copy or at rates which may be set by the supreme court by rule or special order specifically superseding these rates found in the statute

The transcript fee shall be not more than $2.50 per page for the original copy, not more than $0.25 per page for one copy of the original, and not more than $0.25 cents per page for each additional copy

The standard transcript rate is $3.25 per page and the standard transcript copy rate is $0.75 per page.

$3 for original, which gets filed, 40/cc to each side

The transcript rate is $2.65 per page for standard delivery and $3.35 per page for expedited delivery.
