I have been a court reporter for over ten years, all of it as an official court reporter.  I started my career in state court and am now working in federal court.  When I am not working as an official, I am also a CART provider.

Something about me:

I have my RMR, CRR, CBC, and CCP.  If I could do it all over again, I’d still pick being a court reporter.  So far my career has been extremely rewarding – and interesting!

I would like to know what inspired them to pursue the field of court reporting, what area of the profession they are interested in and any fears they may have about starting out.
