I have been a court reporter for 24 years and have moved into the captioning realm after having been an official reporter for 12 years.  I have done a variety of work: freelance deposition work, hearings of all types, courtroom work, church meetings, and transcribing tapes of Korean War interviews.  I am licensed in Illinois, Missouri, and Arkansas, and hold an RPR and CRR.  I am also a past president of the Arkansas Court Reporters Association and former member of the Arkansas Court Reporter Examiners Board.
