Trial Presentation Professional Exam

The Trial Presentation Professional Workshop and Exam will be offered at TechCon in the Spring of 2013. Information is being finalized and will be available soon. Please check back for updates.

In order to take the Trial Presentation assessment exam, candidates must have attended the Trial Presentation Workshop.

The Trial Presentation assessment exam is a written knowledge test covering topics such as ethics, comportment, protocol, procedure, decorum, confidentiality issues, marketing technology to clients, business practices and general technology.  The format of the exam is 75 fill-in-the blank and true or false items. 

Candidates may refer to the Trial Presentation Guide during the exam; however, the amount of time to take the exam will be limited.  Candidates must pass with 70% or better.
