NCRA Web Site Login Issues

I am having problems logging in. What do I do?

The following information will resolve 95% of login issues. Please visit our login troubleshooting site.

NCRA Website Printing Issues

Sometimes using Internet Explorer 8 only the first page will print, leaving the rest of the pages blank. This someimes happens when the compatability mode is on. To turn off the compatability mode go to the "Tool" option on the uppper menu and select compatability mode and set it to off.

NCRA Forum Troubleshooting

Have you signed up to use the Forum?

You have to register on the main NCRA website in order to use the forum. Once registered you may use the same NCRA ID number and web password you use to access the main site to access the forum.

Do you have the correct login information?

The login information to the NCRA Forum is the same as the NCRA Web site, which uses your ID number. If you have not registered on the NCRA website you can do so here. If you don't remember your login information, you can get it sent to you in email.

How do I login to the forum?

Once you access the main forum login page you can login either at the top of the screen or in the login box in the center of the screen. See the screen shot below. Remember to use your NCRA ID number and website apssword.

What if my old login credentials won't change and I can't login?

Most likely you will need to clear your cache. Please go here for detailed instructions as to how to go about clearing your cache.

I signed up for the Forum and it says I’m not an approved user!

Approvals to use the Forum are completed manually by NCRA staff. We do our best to go through approvals periodically throughout the day, however new users who sign up at night or over the weekend may experience a delay in receiving approval. If you have recently signed up for the Forum, please allow approximately 24 business hours to get your confirmation. However, if you have not received approval after 1 business day, please email msic@ncrahq.org so that we may look into your record. Please note that NCRA business hours are 9 AM – 5 PM, EST, Monday – Friday.

I have a question about posting/changing my profile/deleting a thread/fixing my settings.

A comprehensive FAQ section about the inner workings of the Forum is available on the posting site and can be found here.

Download Products and Audio File Help

When you purchased your digital download product, a confirmation was sent to you with instructions on how to properly download and open your files.

My download didn't finish. What do I do?

The window to download your product is one month. After this time, you will not be able to download your product again. If you are within your one month window, you may redownload your product from the link provided in your receipt email. If you are outside of the one month window, please email our Member Services and Information Center at msic@ncrahq.org so we can reactivate your product.

The file(s) looks(s) corrupted. Any quick fixes?

All of the digital downloads should appear as .zip files. If they do not appear as .zip files, then it is possible that they have been corrupted in transfer. The most common error is that that ".zip" extension did not make it during the transfer. To correct this:

1.) Right click on the file

2.) Select "change file name"

3.) Add the ".zip" extension to the file. For example if the file name says: download2, change it to say download2.zip.

I still can't access my purchase.

Please email our Member Services and Information Center at msic@ncrahq.org and a customer service representative will be able to provide you with further assistance.
