R. Douglas Friend, RDR, CRR

Doug Friend became of member of NCRA in 1975.   He is certified in Oregon, Washington and Nevada.  Doug is a shareholder in Beovich Walter & Friend, Inc., in Portland, Ore., where he holds the official titles of Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer.  He served on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Court Reporters Association, including acting as president.  Doug has served as NCRA’s Secretary-Treasurer, and has served on many NCRA and Foundation committees and task forces.
