Anne Bowline, RMR, CRR
Anne Bowline, RMR, CRR, has been a court reporter since 1994 and was hired as an official court reporter in the United States District Court, District of Wyoming, in September 2014. Previously, she was the owner of Professional Reporting Network in Casper, Wyo., launched in 1999. Her experience includes work in depositions and with the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the Wyoming District Court, and the Shoshone and Arapaho Tribal Court. She has also covered medical review panel hearings and administrative hearings, and provided CART services.
An active member of NCRA, Anne currently serves as co-chair of the Test Advisory Committee and presides over its work with written knowledge tests. As a member of the committee, she has also written and selected skills tests for the RPR, RMR, and CRR standard set of exams and verified the written knowledge tests for the RPR and the RDR. She is also an Ethics First participant.
Anne holds membership in the Wyoming Professional Court Reporters Association and has served as its vice president and on its Convention Committee.
